  • Inquiry information. When you use the inquiry cart or contact buttons, the configuration you selected (model, material, height, options) and the message you send are delivered to us through our website form or email. We use it only to prepare your quotation and fulfill your order.
  • Local storage. Your cart, saved configuration and preferences are stored in your own browser (localStorage). This data never leaves your device until you choose to send an inquiry, and you can clear it any time via your browser settings.
  • Order information. If you place an order, we receive the delivery details you provide. Payment itself is handled by third-party processors; we never see or store your full card number.
  • Basic analytics. We may use privacy-friendly, aggregate statistics (page views, region) to improve the site. No advertising profiles are built.

3. What we do NOT do

  • We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
  • We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly ask us to.
  • We do not link your order to any public profile. Discretion works both ways.

4. Discretion guarantees

Products ship in plain, unmarked packaging; the sender name on the parcel and on your payment statement is neutral and does not reveal the nature of the purchase.

5. Data retention

We keep inquiry and order records only as long as needed for order fulfillment, warranty support and legal accounting obligations, then delete them.

6. Your rights

You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request a copy, or ask for correction or deletion, subject to legal retention duties.
